Cleanliness wise the rooms are better than most of other places for the price you pay, the lack of options in the food menu that are traditional to jaffna itself, is what this place lacks. Breakfast & tea were provided for free and has ample of parking space.

Really enjoyed the eager service and friendly staff. The restaurant is pretty good and the bar is okay (though beer is not sold here). Location is a bit hard to find, and no views from here, but good value for the price. I'll stay here again.
